Overview:
In the event of a power outage, these are the critical systems:
- Primary Sump Pump
- Secondary Sump Pump
- Emergency 12V "Ace in the Hole" 12V battery powered sump pump,
	connected to a 105Ah battery(Installed in November of 2018),
and connected to a DELTRAN Battery Tender Plus 12V Manual Model 021-0128_UL-CSA_392-0084-RA.pdf

- Furnace (Keeprite High Efficiency propane furnace Model: G9MVT; 36,000BTU)

In the event of a power outage, the "Ace in the Hole" will keep the the sump pit empty
for 12-36 hours depending on the amount of rain, and how often it has to run.

The furnace is set to 55F(12.8C) in the winter.

For a longer power outage, there is a gas/propane generator
stored in the garage in the summer months,
and in the entry hall over the winter.

The battery for the generator is stored on a battery charger
under the entry hall desk, with an SAE quick-connect wiring harness installed.
It needs to be unplugged from the battery charger and connected to the generator,
and the generator is to be moved at least 15 feet from the door of the house.

During the winter propane cylinders and gasoline canisters
are stored in the woodshed in the garage, behind the door.

During the spring, summer, and fall, the propane cannisters are
stored just inside the door to the garage and gasoline for the generator
is stored in the tractor bay of the garage, underneath the white desk.

In case of an extended power outage:
  - Move the generator to outside of the cellar area,
	with the battery installed.
  - Connect the propane cylinder to the generator using the hose.
  - Switch the fuel source for the generator from
the "Engine Stop" position to the "Propane"
  - IMPORTANT: Do not connect any electrical cords to
the generator before it is running.
  - Move the "Choke Lever" to the "Choke" position.
  - Press the ignition switch to the "START" position for 2-3 seconds.
  - Move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
  - Press and hold the ignition switch in the "START" position
for up to 5 seconds or until started.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT hold the ignition switch down
for more than 5 seconds, or the generator will be flooded.
  - Plug a thick gauge extension cord into the generator to reach down to the cellar.
  - In the cellar, switch the EZ GENERATOR SWITCH (Generator Manual Transfer Switch)
for the furnace (Green switchbox on the East wall of the cellar)
from "NORMAL", through "OFF" and to "GENERATOR".
  - Plug an extension cord with just one receptacle into the EZ GENERATOR SWITCH.
  - Plug an extension cord(or power bar) with 4 receptacles
into the extension cord from the generator.
  - Into that extension cord/power bar connect the:
		- Primary Sump Pump power cord
		- Secondary Sump Pump power cord
		- Battery Tender plus power cord for "Ace in the Hole" sump pump
		- extension cord from EZ GENERATOR SWITCH
